Summary

Title: Scrum Master with Salesforce Experience

Loc: Miami, FL

Visa - Any visa will work except opt and cpt
C2C position Onsite role
Payrate: $60Hr

Key Responsibilities

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
MUST HAVE: Scrum Certification & Salesforce Experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Preferred skills and qualifications
General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
Ability to work proactively with cross-functional teams.
Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
