Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have experience working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate with business teams, developers, QA, and stakeholders
• Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Work closely with teams to resolve blockers and issues
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Support Agile/Scrum processes when required
• Use project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience managing IT or software development projects
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, CSM, or related certification
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Salesforce or cloud-based projects is a plus
