Best rate: 70/hr C2C convert at 120-130k plus bonus 

Notes

• They want someone to help establish dedicated technical automation ownership within CRM as the team grows its SFMC platform and lifecycle marketing program.
• Experience leading 2-4 Developers is ideal 
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or email technology with a strong record of production-grade execution.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) required, hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and data extensions.
• Experience working in Databricks or a comparable data platform required; must be comfortable navigating large datasets, writing SQL queries, and building audience segments without dedicated data engineering support.
• Strong AMPscript and SQL skills; able to build and troubleshoot dynamic content and data logic independently.
• Experience with SFMC-to-CRM integrations and data pipeline basics; familiarity with Salesforce CRM a plus.
