We are seeking a Strategic Manufacturing Business Analyst to optimize our production landscape. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and operational excellence-driving process modernization, equipment rollouts, and large-scale client onboardings. You will be the "connective tissue" across departments, ensuring our manufacturing operations are lean, data-driven, and scalable.

responsibilities:
Quality & Process Improvement: Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to document technical requirements for defect resolution and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Data Integrity: Collaborate with the Data Team to audit job-tracking systems, resolving discrepancies to ensure 100% operational visibility.
Workflow Integration: Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle, from initial client data feeds through production and final delivery.
Change Management: Champion the adoption of new equipment strategies and modernization efforts across all facilities.
Knowledge Leadership: Act as an internal consultant for Production and Implementation teams, fostering a culture of operational best practices.
qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics (or a related discipline) or at least 3 years of specialized experience within a manufacturing setting.
Process Documentation: Demonstrated success in capturing and documenting technical requirements for manufacturing process enhancements.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, and Teams.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate interpersonal collaboration.
Project Management: Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating cross-departmental initiatives.
Work Style: Highly organized with an acute attention to detail; capable of transitioning from guided training to independent execution.
