Position Overview
The Programmer Analyst (ERP) will support the Client in the maintenance, enhancement, and day-to-day operations of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application.
This role requires strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality system support and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues; document resolutions and ensure timely response
Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams on:
Integration testing
Data conversion and extraction
Role and access assignments
Analyze, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using SQL and PL/SQL
Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Oracle Fusion reporting tools
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans
Develop and maintain documentation including:
Design specifications
Requirements documents
User guides and workflow diagrams
Review, test, and validate system enhancements and configuration changes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including:
Financials
Projects
Procurement
Approval workflows
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and reporting
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Organize and facilitate stakeholder and status meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data in compliance with security protocols
Provide knowledge transfer and training to users and team members
Required Qualifications:
2 5 years of experience as an implementer or super user of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Strong functional knowledge of:
Oracle Fusion Financials
Projects
Procurement
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
Experience creating standard and ad-hoc reports in Oracle Fusion
Experience gathering and developing reporting requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including:
User role assignments
Network and data security policies
Application access controls
Security Console configuration
Experience with SaaS workflows, approval rules, and task management
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
