Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Technical Lead .NET & Enterprise Applications

Required Skills & Experience:
12 15 years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Lead.
Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
Experience with Web Services, SOAP, and XML.
Experience with MS SQL Server.
Experience working in Linux environments.
Experience with FileNet.
Experience with Service Suite Work Order System Development and Support.
Summary:
Interfaces with clients at all organizational levels to lead, plan, develop, evaluate, assess, or modify applications in support of various business units. Transforms business requirements into technical specifications and delivers or directs execution of technical work to provide productive solutions for business end-users.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of IT professionals while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Manage and perform planning, development, coding, testing, migration to production, and maintenance of applications across multiple environments.
Analyze client requirements and design or modify programs/systems to meet business requirements.
Prepare models including event, process, data, and object models, along with prototypes as needed.
Support and lead analysis and evaluation of packaged software and assist with implementation activities.
Collaborate closely with Security, UNIX, LAN Operations, Database Support, SAP, Meter Reading, and Outage teams to ensure successful application support and integration.
Coordinate with Infrastructure teams, DBAs, and third-party vendors for implementation of new or upgraded hardware and software.
Create, monitor, and report project status.
Design, code, document, and test software and software components.
Lead and participate in system testing, performance testing, failover testing, and quality assurance reviews.
Participate in annual disaster recovery testing, including maintenance of required documentation and coordination with users.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders by organizing meetings and workshops.
Perform software deployments, including weekend and night rollouts.
Create required change management documentation for production deployments.
Required Experience:
Minimum 12 15 years of progressive experience in planning, development, testing, and support of business application systems.
Experience with field operation business processes and related software implementations.
Ability to perform analysis, design, development, and maintenance activities independently with minimal supervision.
Multi-discipline experience across various operating systems and development environments/languages.
Experience in planning, coding, testing, migration to production, software distribution, package software support, and application maintenance in Oracle, PL/SQL, and .NET environments.
