Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and scale next-generation AI platforms that enable intelligent automation, multi-agent orchestration, and Generative AI solutions across the enterprise.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and automation to create innovative solutions that streamline workflows, improve productivity, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable AI capabilities.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
- Build enterprise-grade full-stack applications that power AI-driven experiences.
- Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and emerging technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices related to performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered applications to accelerate enterprise productivity.
- Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and resolve large-scale technical challenges requiring strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise policies, compliance standards, and delivery expectations.
Required QualificationsSoftware Engineering- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale web applications.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of professional experience, consulting, military service, training, or education.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development and modern software architecture.
Full-Stack DevelopmentExperience with:
- Python

- Bootstrap
Generative AI & Agent Development- 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration platforms, including:
- ADK
- OpenAI Agent Frameworks
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Similar AI orchestration technologies
- Experience designing AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and agent-based systems.
Enterprise Application Development- 5+ years of experience designing and building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture patterns, and application security.
Agile & Collaboration- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of experience deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies beyond Generative AI.
