We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to help build the future of enterprise AI. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale innovative AI-powered platforms that enable intelligent automation, multi-agent orchestration, and reusable AI capabilities across the organization.You will work at the intersection of
software engineering, Generative AI, and enterprise automation, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions that improve productivity and accelerate business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
- Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences.
- Architect and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI-driven applications and automation solutions.
- Consult on complex software engineering initiatives involving large-scale planning and enterprise-wide impact.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including ambiguous or unprecedented situations.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to strategic engineering decisions.
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through professional work experience, consulting, military experience, training, or education.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as:
- Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- OpenAI Agent Frameworks
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Similar agent-based technologies
- Experience designing and implementing agent-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
- Strong background building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of experience deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern application design patterns.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and developing reusable platform capabilities.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation at scale.
