This role is critical to ensuring that our data assets are accurate, consistent, and reliable across all systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a comprehensive Data Quality strategy aligned with business objectives and data governance frameworks. Establish standards, policies, and procedures across all data domains.
Establish methods to identify, measure, and remediate data quality issues for every attribute, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
Perform data profiling and assessments to proactively detect issues such as duplicates, missing values, or inconsistencies. Oversee data quality scorecards to monitor Critical Data Elements (CDEs) across systems.
Implement and manage tools to publish data quality rules, define "clean" data, track current status across Systems of Record, and document root causes.
Collaboratively define and implement processes and APIs for seamless integration of data quality rules within applications.
Develop a stewardship model with accountable Data Owners and Stewards. Manage metadata, cataloging, and data lineage to ensure transparency and traceability.
Build and mentor a high-performing Data Quality team. Foster data literacy, nurture Data & Analytics talent, and cultivate a data-driven culture.
Leverage advanced analytics and AI to drive data-driven insights. Develop data products and services to expand markets, monetize data, and support decision-making.
Ensure regulatory compliance and implement governance frameworks for data and algorithms used in analytics, automated decision-making, and reporting.
Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders-business, compliance, risk, and IT-to align on data needs, policies, standards, and issue resolution.
Drive budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking for data quality initiatives, ensuring ROI and value realization.

Qualifications
10+ years in data management, with 5+ years in leadership roles focused on data quality and governance.
Expertise in data governance, quality tools and advanced analytics
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.

Compensation Range:
