Project Manager – M&A / Post-Acquisition Integration

Job Description:

Our client, Neurocrine, is seeking a hands-on M&A Project Manager to take over in-flight post-acquisition integration work. Phase 0 (identity/IT cutover) is complete; this role drives the next phase of post-merger application, system, and process integration through Q1 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of in-flight M&A integration workstreams and drive them to completion.
• Manage post-merger integration across application, system, and process tracks.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT and business workstreams, managing dependencies and interdependencies.
• Maintain and drive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and hold owners accountable.
• Provide integration status reporting to leadership and manage escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on M&A / post-merger integration (PMI) project management experience.
• Proven ability to take over in-flight integrations mid-stream and maintain momentum.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional IT/business workstreams and dependencies.
• Disciplined use of RAID logs and integration governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across IT and business functions.
• PMP preferred; prior experience in pharma/biotech or regulated environments a plus.
