Project Manager – Talent Acquisition Platform (Paradox AI Implementation)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a fast-mobilizing Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Paradox AI conversational recruiting platform. This is a delivery-focused role driving planning, vendor coordination, and go-live through mid-December 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of the Paradox AI conversational recruiting implementation (candidate screening, interview scheduling, chatbot, and HR system integrations).
• Drive vendor coordination with Paradox and internal stakeholders to keep the rollout on schedule.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies through delivery in mid-December.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT integration teams.
• Provide regular status reporting and escalate blockers to keep delivery on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a PM delivering HR technology, ATS/recruiting, or conversational-AI implementations.
• Experience managing SaaS vendor implementations and third-party coordination (Paradox AI experience a strong plus).
• Ability to mobilize quickly and drive an aggressive, fixed-end-date delivery timeline.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, TA, and IT.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS integrations.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
