Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst (Level II) - Fort Worth, TX

We're hiring a Level II IT Support Analyst in Fort Worth. If you're beyond basic help desk work and ready to handle more complex infrastructure issues, this is the role.
What You'll Do:

• Handle daily O365, DNS, DHCP, email, and Active Directory issues for internal users
• Troubleshoot VPN, routers, servers, and networking problems
• Use Command Prompt and other tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Work with admin and engineering teams on security-related matters
• Provide Level II escalation support for desktop and help desk issues

What You Need:

• Solid experience with Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Working knowledge of VPN, routers, servers, and networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting skills using Command Prompt and other diagnostic tools
• Understanding of admin, engineering, and security concepts
• Ability to work independently and handle escalated issues

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
