  • 5+ years of experience managing incidents for business-critical applications

  • Deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, networking, and distributed systems
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience improving workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions

Role Overview:
Experienced Incident Manager with a strong experience supporting cloud-based environments. Experienced in leading incidents, driving platform modernization, and partnering to improve automation, and operational maturity.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as POC for major incidents, coordinating teams through resolution
  • Triage, escalate, and manage incidents in alignment with SLAs and ITIL best practices
  • Monitor cloud environments and respond to alerts across application, infrastructure, and network layers
  • Manage alerting and escalation processes using PagerDuty and ServiceNow
  • Lead post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and leadership-level reporting
  • Support cloud migrations and modernization efforts
  • Enhance runbooks, escalation paths, and automation to prevent repeat incidents

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
