Summary

IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas. This role involves guiding Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and promoting Agile best practices to enhance team performance and organizational agility.

Position Overview for the Scrum Master:

Seek an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in project delivery and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Serve as a servant leader facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and encouraging continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
Promote best practices in Agile methodologies across teams to drive high performance.
Support organizational agility and ensure timely delivery of product increments.

Requirements for the Scrum Master:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with traditional and Agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, with working knowledge of frameworks like Kanban, SAFe, or XP.
