Participate in training, research, and skill-building activities to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge relevant to the role and the ServiceNow platform.
Perform SNOW administration support on internal systems
Assist with SNOW system enhancements
Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and assignments on time
Participate in team meetings by contributing ideas and insights
Assist with documentation and file organization
