Job Overview:

Mandatory Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst ideally on Agile banking industry projects.
Proven ability to manage projects involving integrated systems across different business lines.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying Python or R for statistical analysis to create dashboards and translate complex findings into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong and hands-on experience with Java and Python.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Hands-on experience with Agile concepts and user story development.
Proficient in querying Oracle SQL databases and working with APIs Preferred.
Experience Background in the financial sector especially within wealth management portfolio management or client reporting.
Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights.
Ability to facilitate collaboration and influence decisionmakers across multiple functions.
Strong interpersonal skills for crossfunctional teamwork.
Leadership qualities that help define and influence technical direction within the team.
Familiarity with code logic including objectoriented programming and control structures.
