0-to-1 product development, partnering closely with business, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that address customer needs and create measurable business value.
As a product leader, you will transform complex business and client challenges into intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric experiences. You thrive in ambiguous environments, bring strategic thinking to product decisions, and are passionate about building products that make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a modern lending platform.
- Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and business needs to shape product direction.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality product solutions.
- Prioritize features and make data-driven decisions to maximize customer and business outcomes.
- Lead Agile product development processes from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders while balancing strategic priorities, technical considerations, and customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of building and launching products from concept to market.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering products in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into scalable product solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, lending, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience building digital platforms, workflows, or customer-facing applications.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, user-centered design, and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced environments.
