About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle HCM Project Manager with 12+ years of industry experience to lead end-to-end implementations, transformations, and optimizations of Oracle Cloud HCM landscapes. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving successful project delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.) from inception through post-production support.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, HR stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to align project objectives and deliverables.

  • Resource & Financial Planning: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and milestone tracking using structured project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).

  • Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, establishing robust mitigation and escalation strategies.

  • Change Management: Partner with organizational change management (OCM) teams to ensure smooth user adoption, stakeholder buy-in, and effective communication across business units.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and Oracle best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 6–8 years specifically focused on managing large-scale Oracle HCM / Cloud implementations.

  • Deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.).

  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects with multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional global teams.

  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet).

  • Excellent communication, executive presence, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • PMP Certification and/or Oracle Cloud HCM Certification strongly preferred.
