* Work with the product engineering team to define hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze data to inform feature decisions that influence the direction of the product
* Transform business requirements into features and action items for software engineering teams
* Assist in validating the engineering team's deliverables against product requirements and acceptance criteria prior to release to business teams
* Identify and manage product dependencies and downstream impacts across the business unit to ensure successful feature delivery
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all computations and feature changes, serving as a reference manual for users and stakeholders
* Troubleshoot product issues and work cross-functionally to ensure the product is delivered in accordance with business needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree from an accredited College/University required; Working towards a CFA, FRM, or similar certification is a plus
* 2-5 years of experience in a technology, project management, or product management role, with demonstrated hands-on ownership and a genuine interest in product development
* Familiarity with technology tools such as Snowflake, relational databases, and SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions under pressure
* Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
* Understanding of derivative lifecycle, valuation, and risk management is a plus
* Exposure to OTC and exchange-traded derivatives through coursework and/or industry experience is a plus
