Job Title :Technical Program Manager (Okta Migration / Enterprise Technology)

Location - Remote

Duartion - 12+ Months

Note - This is a W-2 position, and we welcome candidates requiring H-1B transfer sponsorship to apply. No third-party vendors

Requirement

7+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Lead the enterprise-wide Okta migration program and drive successful delivery from planning through execution.
Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Security, Engineering, and Business Operations.
Engage and influence executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leadership.
Drive organizational change management and user adoption during large-scale technology migrations.
Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, metrics, and executive dashboards.
Create and maintain SOPs, operational processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
Okta/IAM migration experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong enterprise program delivery experience is required.
Experience with modern technologies such as cloud platforms, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, and enterprise SaaS implementations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
