Job Title: Scrum Manager 

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Manager / Scrum Master to support multiple technology initiatives within Wealth Management. This role involves working closely with global teams, driving Agile execution, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Manage multiple projects/programs across cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, and stakeholders globally
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint progress
  • Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies
  • Work closely with business teams to understand requirements
  • Ensure adherence to Agile and SDLC best practices
  • Use tools like JIRA, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in Program/Project Management
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master
  • Hands-on with Agile methodologies
  • Experience managing enterprise-level projects
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tools

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in Financial Services / Wealth Management
  • Knowledge of Banking Technology systems
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
