Key Responsibilities

Process Automation

Bot Development

Process Analysis

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements.
Document automation workflows and technical specifications.

Testing and Deployment

Perform testing of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Deploy bots into production environments.

Maintenance and Support

Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues.
Update and optimize automation solutions when processes change.

Required Skills

Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Knowledge of process automation
Basic programming knowledge (such as Python, C#, or Java)
Understanding of workflow design
Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-enabled automation
Knowledge of OCR and document processing
Experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems
Understanding of business process management (BPM)
