Senior MLOps Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior MLOps Engineer in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and deploy ML product features in collaboration with Product and ML Research teams
* Own the technical delivery, reliability, and performance of production ML products
* Contribute to shared ML platform tooling and MLOps best practices
* Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and logging
* Perform code reviews to ensure quality, standards, and knowledge sharing
* Drive continuous improvement by reducing technical debt and scaling systems
* Lead pre-release testing and coordinate smooth production releases
* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration while proactively removing blockers and driving outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as an ML/MLOps Engineer with production systems
* Hands-on ML model deployment and production API integration
* Strong Python skills and ML/data libraries
* Experience with containers, orchestration, and AWS
* CI/CD pipeline development and operation (Jenkins preferred)
* Low-latency, real-time data stores (e.g., DynamoDB)
* Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing ML systems
* Release testing and production readiness
* Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
