* Establish clear communication rhythms and alignment across cross-functional teams to support effective decision-making

Technical Leadership & Execution:
* Apply advanced machine learning techniques (e.g., classification, regression, clustering, NLP, anomaly detection, and generative models) to solve complex, real-world business challenges
* Own and evolve model governance practices, including version control, monitoring, performance tracking, and drift detection
* Support evaluation and adoption of emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies that improve data science efficiency and scalability

REQUIREMENTS:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
* 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a people-leadership or team-lead role
* Demonstrated hands-on experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and production monitoring
* Strong programming experience in Python, with familiarity using modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
* Proven ability to lead teams through change, ambiguity, and rapid growth
* Experience working with large-scale, complex, or regulated datasets is a plus
