Job Title: Systems Analyst III PeopleSoft HCM (HR)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM to support enterprise HR systems, reporting, security, workflow configuration, compliance initiatives, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workforce Administration, HR Security, ACA reporting, PeopleSoft configuration, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for PeopleSoft HCM Human Resources modules.
Configure and maintain Workforce Administration, HR Security, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Support Affordable Care Act (ACA) processes, including 1095-C reporting, compliance, and electronic file generation.
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support.
Develop and maintain reports using PS Query, SAP Business Objects, SQL, and BI Publisher.
Support integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP services, and related technologies.
Gather requirements, create functional documentation, perform testing, and support system enhancements.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions and resolve complex issues.
Provide Level 2 support, training, documentation, and operational support activities.

Required Skills

10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience.
Strong expertise in Workforce Administration, HR Security, AWE, and PeopleSoft configuration.
Experience with ACA/1095-C reporting and compliance processes.
Hands-on experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
Experience with PeopleSoft security, PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and enterprise application support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public-sector ERP environments.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Experience with ITIL processes, disaster recovery testing, and incident management.
