Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior QA Engineer:- Lead quality assurance efforts across various applications and teams, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work within Agile development environments to ensure high-quality deliverables. Validate data and key performance indicators through comprehensive database testing.
- Establish QA best practices and enhance testing processes across the organization.
Required Skills for Senior QA Engineer:- 8-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in test automation and a solid understanding of programming and scripting concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and conducting database testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of QA initiatives.
