Our client is seeking a Sr Application Specialist in for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
This position is a subject matter expert in the OnBase ECM system with focus on Advanced Capture. This individual will be able to build low code/no code solutions within OnBase, support solutions and implementation, document system, solution, project and team functionality, processes, decisions, etc. Specifically, within OnBase this individual will design, build, and deploy Document Scanning solutions using OnBase Advanced Capture.
(40%) Build:
OnBase Systems Enhancements
Greenfield Advanced Capture Scanning solution & Deliverables
Plan and deploy Advanced Capture Scanning Solution to production
Day-to-Day unit functions of specialized technology such as: OnBase Document Type User management, groups, roles, profiles, permissions
Medium complexity configuration changes, including (but not limited to): document type, keyword type configurations
Workflows & Dashboards
(15%) Support:
Tier 3 support for production systems.
SDLC
Monitoring applications.
User support.
(15%) Document:
Technical requirements.
Business Process Workflow diagrams.
Work on approved project management software.
Knowledge base and deliver Technical Documentation
(10%) Coordinating:
Releases/ Change Request Owner
Testing & deployment
Monitor user adoption
(10%) Liaise with:
Business partners & users
Vendors both for implementation projects and issue support
Technical liaison to Software Engineers, systems engineers, Database Administrators, and other IT Teams.
(10%) Analysis of:
Areas for improvement where technology can enhance efficiency, quality, or member satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
2 years of relevant experience with OnBase
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience building and supporting OnBase Advanced Capture
Experience using OnBase Studio
Experience creating Capture Process Designer scan queues that include Advanced Capture steps
Must have general knowledge of OnBase Capture Pipelines and OnBase Scan Queues
Must have experience using Unity Client / Thick Client / Configuration
Must have experience creating OnBase Document and Keyword Structures and experience creating Workflow and OnBase Scheduling

Able to the work schedule and attendance policy established by the manager.
Able to confidently interact with technical, non-technical, and management staff.

Able to speak English fluently.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
