Oracle System Administrator / Systems Analyst
Location: Collierville, TN (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-month contract with strong potential for full-time conversion

Role Summary
The Intersect Group is seeking an Oracle System Administrator / Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise financial systems within a dynamic business environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle-based applications, with a strong focus on financial operations.
You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and deliver reporting insights. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and functional sides of financial systems and wants to make a measurable impact on business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financial modules, with a focus on Accounts Receivable
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions and process improvements
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and enhance system performance
- Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of updates or enhancements
- Assist with data governance initiatives and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) activities
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and best practices
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Systems Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, or System Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, particularly Accounts Receivable
- Experience supporting Oracle financial modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Cash Management)
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and IT teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Broader exposure across Oracle Financials modules and integrations
- Background in data governance or master data management
- Prior contract experience with interest in long-term, full-time opportunities
