Location: Paris, KY 40361
Pay Rate: $50–$58/hr on W2 (Depends on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional 6:00 AM starts and overtime as needed
Duration: 12 months (Temp-to-Possible-Hire)
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field
5–8 years of Process Engineering experience
Minimum 2 years of chemical manufacturing experience
Strong experience in cGMP-regulated manufacturing
Pharmaceutical solutions, solvents, or similar manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting capital projects, manufacturing equipment, and control systems/software
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, SPC, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement
Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, MOC and validation
Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO, OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements
Strong troubleshooting skills related to equipment downtime, process reliability and production efficiency
Excellent communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
What You’ll Do:
The Process Engineer will provide hands-on engineering leadership and technical support to manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, improve equipment uptime and throughput, reduce process variability and waste, support capital projects, and partner with Quality, Safety, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, R&T and external vendors.
Candidates should be comfortable working directly in a manufacturing environment and leading both day-to-day operational support and larger process improvement initiatives.
