Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for manufacturing applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production software and hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new applications and features.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and systems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system stability.
- Train users on new applications and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in the design and testing of manufacturing software solutions.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or field support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP).
- Knowledge of robotics or automation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical training or create documentation.
