Overview
This role sits within the Compliance organization and is focused on building, stabilizing, and scaling internal data visualization capabilities. The consultant will take ownership of transforming manual, Excel-based reporting into structured, repeatable dashboards while also upskilling internal team members.
This is not a traditional BI ?ticket-taker? role. The ideal candidate will operate in ambiguity, build lightweight data structures, and teach non-technical stakeholders how to work with data and visualization tools.

Take raw data exports (primarily Excel) and design structured, repeatable datasets for reporting and trending
Build and enhance dashboards in Tableau or Power BI (Tableau preferred)
Establish lightweight data pipelines (manual ? semi-automated) to enable week-over-week trending and historical tracking
Partner with business users to translate loosely defined needs into actionable dashboards and insights
Upskill team members through hands-on training, pairing, and knowledge transfer
Document data structures, workflows, and visualization best practices to enable long-term self-sufficiency
Improve data quality by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and governance opportunities
Introduce best practices around data management, organization, and visualization design
Deliver MVP-level dashboards quickly, then iterate and enhance over time
Serve as a thought partner on how to scale reporting capabilities across the broader compliance organization
What Success Looks Like (First 5?6 Weeks)
Core datasets established and organized in a repeatable structure
Initial dashboards built and actively used by the team
