LaSalle Network is hiring a Technical Lead (.NET) to drive modernization efforts for a global, industry-leading organization based in Glenview. This Technical Lead (.NET) will play a pivotal role in transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable web solutions while maintaining operational excellence. What's the job?
Lead modernization of enterprise web applications using .NET technologies
Act as a hands-on Technical Lead (.NET) contributing to architecture and development
Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Drive cloud enablement, application rewrites and platform upgrades
Support and enhance legacy systems while improving performance
Guide DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Lead root cause analysis and resolve critical production issues
What's needed?
5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead (.NET) or senior developer
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Proven success modernizing legacy applications
Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority
