Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in New Jersey. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (0 3 years of experience) looking to build hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM configuration, user management, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications including objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Perform data management tasks including imports, exports, and data quality maintenance
  • Support integration with third-party applications
  • Assist in Salesforce release management and testing
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide system support
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 0 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or CRM support roles
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration
  • Familiarity with Salesforce objects, reports, dashboards, and security model
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and automation tools
  • Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader)
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum environments
