Senior IT Product Manager
Salt Lake City, Utah
Contract-to-Hire
$65 to $72 hourly with a conversion salary of $125K to $140K annually plus bonus

Summary
The Senior IT Product Manager - Corporate Functions acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership, identifying and implementing technology solutions that anticipate business needs. This role manages product roadmaps, oversees the full lifecycle of IT initiatives, and ensures alignment between technology investments and organizational goals, delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify technology needs and shape IT strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from planning to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers or Product Owners, promoting collaboration and best practices.
  • Apply agile principles to drive project delivery, team efficiency, and iterative improvements.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to propose impactful enhancements.
  • Maintain clear product documentation for users and internal teams.
  • Track key metrics, including adoption, ROI, and business value, to ensure outcomes meet objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years in product management leading technology initiatives.
  • 8+ years in technology management supporting enterprise functions such as operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience in portfolio strategy, roadmap development, and market analysis.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformations.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks and product management practices.
  • Proven ability to leverage emerging technologies to deliver business impact.
