We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a strong background in production and operations management, committed to ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the company's success and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations in the production department to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Implement and maintain 5S principles to optimize productivity and safety in the workplace.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
4. Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
5. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance.
6. Enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
7. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
8. Manage resources effectively to meet production targets while minimizing waste and downtime.
9. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
10. Prepare and present reports on production activities and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the energy industry.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with 5S methodology.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. Proficient in the use of production management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the energy industry.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
