  • Proven experience migrating users workloads from one CVAD Site to another (pilot| waves| rollback).Provisioning expertise PVS (RDSH) and MCS (persistent VDI) design and troubleshooting.
  • Windows image engineering for Server (gold image lifecycle and promotion).StoreFront stores| authentication| beacons| and Workspace app configuration.
  • Profilesuser state Citrix Profile Management (UPM) and FSLogix containers file share permissions logon troubleshooting.
  • Group Policy (GPO) loopback| filtering| performance tuning| and security hardening baselines.
  • Active DirectoryIAM OU design| delegation| least-privilege access management multi-domainmulti-foresttrust impacts (DNSKerberos).
  • VMware vSpherevCenter templatescloning| provisioning support| and performance troubleshooting.Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO understanding of enterprise SSO concepts and EUCCitrix integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with Citrix PVS and MCS Images with hands-on experience with reversing Images for VMWare Tools upgrade| OS upgrades and other tasks that require reverse Imaging.
