Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Implementation
Own project management for new customer implementations from contract signature through steady-state handoff
Lead kickoff meetings, build structured implementation plans, and own portal setup including account hierarchy, roles, and permissions
Lead platform demos and deliver training sessions that prepare customers for go-live
Expansion & Handoff Management
Own expansion projects - new locations, new services, and scope changes - on the same playbook as net-new onboarding
Take clean handoff from Sales Operations and run a formal handoff meeting to Client Operations at the close of every implementation
Documentation & Communication
Author project charters and convert kickoff notes into formal requirements documentation
Send weekly customer-facing status updates and gather post-implementation NPS and CSAT feedback
Qualifications
4-6 years in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management within SaaS or tech-enabled services
Proven experience managing complex implementations from kickoff through go-live
Strong project management skills; proficiency with Monday.com or MS Project and HubSpot
Excellent communication skills with comfort leading kickoff meetings, training sessions, and go-live reviews
Customer-focused, highly accountable, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
