Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ITSM/ Change Manager with Life Sciences experience for a high-priority opportunity based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Business Analysis, Change Management, and Life Sciences domain expertise, along with an IT or technical background.

The candidate should have experience supporting technology implementations, business transformation initiatives, process improvements, and organizational change programs within the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business processes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to identify business needs and transformation opportunities.
• Develop business process maps, workflows, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
• Lead and support change management activities for technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and training materials.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify potential risks and resistance to change.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, issue tracking, and implementation activities.
• Monitor adoption, evaluate change effectiveness, and recommend improvements to business processes.
• Ensure alignment with applicable Life Sciences industry processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis (BA) and requirements management.
• Hands-on experience in Change Management (CM), including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
• Experience working in the Life Sciences (LS) industry, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or medical devices.
• IT or technical background with experience supporting enterprise applications, technology implementations, or digital transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience with process documentation, workflow analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise technology implementations and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated Life Sciences environments, including GxP, GMP, or Google Cloud Platform processes, where applicable.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
