Summary

7+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital experience, product strategy, or a related field
Expertise in B2C e-commerce and/or digital strategy including familiarity with customer journey mapping and customer behavior analysis.
Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations
Ability to author clear, compelling briefs and present complex findings to senior leadership with exceptional storytelling (Keynote/PowerPoint proficiency required)
Hands-on experience with data analysis and related tools: Excel, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively problem-solve amidst ambiguity,and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
Proven ability to influence and align teams across functions and levels; experience leading through influence without direct authority

Experience with project or program management and partnering cross functionally to execute from strategic inception to launch and maintenance.
