Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support immigration documentation and project coordination activities. This role involves handling documents, data entry, and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, verify, and organize visa and compliance documents
Maintain and update case status in internal systems
Handle emails, calls, and document correspondence
Perform data entry and track information accurately
Scan, sort, and manage physical and digital files
Support general office and administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow internal policies and compliance guidelines

Required Skills

Good communication (written & verbal)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic analytical and organizational skills
