Summary

Title: IT OPS Support

Location: Denver CO

Contract

 

JD:

Provide L2/L3 production support for telecom digital platforms, focusing on incident resolution, monitoring, and automation. Handle application/API/database issues, perform RCA using logs and SQL, and manage incidents via ServiceNow. Improve operations through runbooks, scripting, and analytics.

Requirements:
4–6 years in production support, strong SQL, basic AWS & monitoring tools, ServiceNow experience, and telecom BSS knowledge (billing, charging, subscriptions, order management). Experience in Telecom Domain Mandatory. Experience with billing issues, activations, and order-to-cash flows is essential. Automation and scripting exposure is a plus.
