We are looking for an experienced Interiors Superintendent to lead field operations on high-quality interior construction projects for a well-established contractor specializing in interior build-outs, renovations, and commercial fit-outs.

Job Details

As a Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the safe and efficient execution of interior construction projects. You'll oversee field crews, manage subcontractors, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be critical in delivering outstanding results on projects where precision, coordination, and workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations for commercial interior construction projects from mobilization through close-out.
Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
Oversee jobsite logistics, material deliveries, staging, and manpower planning.
Enforce all safety protocols and maintain compliance and safety standards.
Conduct daily walk-throughs, monitor progress, and report status to project management.
Ensure proper interpretation and execution of construction documents, submittals, and RFIs.
Manage site-specific planning, sequencing, and coordination to minimize delays and conflict.
Build positive working relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners.
