Technical Program Manager 4

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's large enterprise client is looking for a Technical Program Manager in Tualatin, OR. This contract role is hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional product development initiatives from concept through delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful execution of complex programs across multiple engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong program or project management experience within a product development environment and a proven ability to drive collaboration among hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate departmental and cross-functional teams focused on new product development and enhancements to existing products
* Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery
* Track timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes
* Facilitate communication across stakeholders and teams to maintain alignment and meet program objectives
* Drive project execution while ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget
* Organize and oversee cross-functional activities to support product development and release milestones

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience managing programs or projects within a product development environment
* Hands-on experience with Planview
* Strong cross-functional project management experience, including collaboration with hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP certification or other formal project management training
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) or related process improvement experience
* 6+ years of technical program management or continuous improvement experience
* Knowledge of Program Management methodologies and Product Development & Release (PDR) processes
* Demonstrated leadership and influence in driving cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
* Strong executive communication and presentation skills
* Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
* Product design experience or direct involvement with engineering-led product development
* Experience with project management tools such as Planview, MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or similar platforms
* Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor equipment operations, or a related industry
* Familiarity with change management methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
