Note: Candidates must be local to the Bay Area. Minimum 1 day onsite in San Francisco is required.

Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Lead GenAI QA Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML-driven quality engineering and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered testing solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and MLOps practices to enhance software quality across the SDLC.

Required Qualifications:-
10+ years of experience in software engineering or quality engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions to develop automated workflows.
Strong understanding of LLM models and Agentic AI concepts, including:
LLM orchestration
Autonomous agents
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Prompt engineering
Vector databases
Experience working with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Nova.
Experience integrating MCP servers with LLMs.
Hands-on experience with RAG implementations or model fine-tuning.
Ability to troubleshoot workflow-level and model-level issues.
Understanding of LLM hallucination causes and mitigation strategies.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end AI framework architecture.
Experience monitoring GenAI systems, including security and privacy considerations.
Strong Python programming skills (hands-on).
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
