Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – Onsite Tue–Thu)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an SAP MM/QM Functional Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience, with strong expertise in Material Master, Quality Management (QM), and IDOC processing. This role will support configuration, system enhancements, and operational stability across SAP materials and quality processes in a compliance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SAP configuration for Material Master and Quality Management (QM) modules

• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations

• Lead configuration changes, including impact analysis and implementation support

• Troubleshoot complex issues related to materials, quality processes, and master data

• Support IDOC processing, monitoring, and error resolution

• Maintain configuration documentation and support audit readiness activities

• Participate in configuration governance and change control processes

• Collaborate with development, security, QA, and business stakeholders

• Support data reconciliation, posting issues, and system integrity

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP MM with strong Material Master expertise

• Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) module

• Experience with IDOC processing and integration scenarios

• Strong understanding of SAP configuration and functional design principles

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe preferred)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

• Willingness to work onsite in Columbus, OH (Tuesday through Thursday)
