Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
- Lead project teams and manage project resources to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance against the plan, taking corrective action as needed.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Conduct project meetings and reviews to track progress and make decisions.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience with Service Now and other HRIS Systems.
- X+ years of experience in IT project management.
