Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and Informatica-certified MDM Administrator/Architect to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, deep Unix/Linux administration skills, and proven experience leading MDM upgrades, migrations, and environment builds across enterprise environments. Experience with JBoss installation and configuration is required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain:

Informatica MDM Hub
Process Server
Related MDM components

Perform Informatica MDM upgrades:

Major/minor version upgrades
Planning and execution
Validation and rollback strategies

Install and configure new MDM environments across:

Development
QA
UAT
Production

Apply:

Patches
Hotfixes
Security updates

Lead migration activities and troubleshoot:

Schema changes
Configuration mismatches
Deployment failures

Analyze logs and resolve:

System-level issues
Application-level issues
Performance bottlenecks

Collaborate with:

Development teams
Infrastructure teams
Database teams
QA teams
Architects

Provide technical guidance and MDM best practices
Participate in:

Release planning
Change management
Production support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Informatica MDM

Informatica MDM Certification (Admin or equivalent)
5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM administration experience
Strong experience with:

Informatica MDM Hub
Process Server
MDM upgrades
Environment builds

Additional Informatica Tools

Informatica IDQ
E360
ActiveVOS

System Administration

Strong Unix/Linux administration experience
Shell scripting expertise

Database Experience

Oracle Database
SQL Server

Other Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Experience coordinating across multiple teams
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

Enterprise migration and deployment projects
Production support in large-scale MDM environments
Cross-functional coordination during upgrade initiatives
