Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM Hub, Process Server, and related components.
Perform MDM upgrades (major and minor versions), including planning, execution, validation, and rollback strategies.
Install and configure new MDM environments across development, QA, UAT, and production landscapes.
Apply patches, hotfixes, and security updates as required.
Lead environment migrations and troubleshoot issues related to schema changes, configuration mismatches, and deployment failures.
Analyze logs, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and resolve system level and application level issues.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure smooth migration and deployment cycles.
Work independently with architecture, development, QA, DBAs, and infrastructure teams as part of MDM upgrade and migration initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams.
Participate in release planning, change management, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Informatica MDM Certification (Admin or equivalent).
5+ years of hands on experience administering Informatica MDM Hub.
Proven experience performing MDM upgrades and environment builds.
Experience with Informatica IDQ, E360, or ActiveVOS.
Solid Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases supporting MDM.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
