Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an Business Systems Analyst Credit/Loan to join our growing team.
Required Skills :-
- Strong background and experience of working with Banking and financial Institutions on Lending projects.
- Needs to have underwriting experience. Underwriting experience with Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Corporate / institutional loans underwriting.
- Understand Credit Models like PD Models (Probability of Default) and CD Models (Credit Deterioration).
- Knows Rare Risk Framework.
- Understanding of Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) Models standard requires financial institutions to recognize expected credit losses over the life of Loan.
Responsibilities :-
- Work as a Business Systems Analyst, gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Lead delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and as per agreed scope.
- Work closely with business users, credit risk teams, and technology teams to align requirements and solutions.
- Manage requirement changes, dependencies, and delivery risks throughout the project.
- Ensure solutions meet credit risk, regulatory, and data quality standards.
Nice to Have
- Nice to have experience with Credit ADS, including Data ODS and reporting.
- Nice to have experience in credit workflow automation, such as approvals and credit processes.
- Nice to have experience with LSF migration, APIs, and system integrations.
- Preferred experience working on Moody s CreditLens.
Education :-
BS in IT/CS or relevant experience
