Role Overview
Principal AI/ML Solutions Architect is a high-level individual contributor responsible for the strategic design and commercial success of AI-driven healthcare initiatives. You will lead the "discovery-to-delivery" lifecycle: identifying high-value AI/ML use cases, architecting Agentic AI models that automate complex tasks, and acting as a Technical Presales lead to secure executive buy-in.
Core Responsibilities
- AI/ML Strategy & Use Case Engineering
- Portfolio Development:Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML use cases across the healthcare value chain (e.g., clinical decision support, predictive analytics, or administrative automation).
- ROI Modeling:Partner with stakeholders to build data-backed business cases, translating ML metrics (Accuracy, F1-score) into business outcomes (Cost savings, Patient safety).
- Consultative Discovery:Lead workshops to assess data maturity and "AI-readiness," creating long-term roadmaps for AI/ML adoption.
- Architecting Agentic AI & ML Systems
- Agentic Model Design:Architect autonomous AI Agents that use reasoning to perform multi-step healthcare tasks, such as cross-referencing medical records with insurance policies.
- End-to-End ML Pipelines:Design scalable architectures for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and real-time inference (MLOps).
- Privacy-Preserving AI:Ensure all AI/ML architectures include robust guardrails for data de-identification, bias mitigation, and HIPAA/GDPR
- Presales & Technical Advisory
- Technical "Win" Ownership:Serve as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle, handling deep-dives into model architecture, security, and integration.
- Rapid Prototyping:Build and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using modern frameworks to demonstrate the "art of the possible" to non-technical leaders.
Stakeholder Management: Bridge the communication gap between Data Scientists, IT Infrastructure teams, and C-suite executives.
